Signed a two year lease in Kensington.
Off the B/Q at Beverly/Cortelyou and walking distance to the F/G at Church.
A two bedroom with a musician friend who is this totally badass chick. Living room will be a studio, etc.
I’m excited to not be living with my ex anymore. Moving next weekend.

In Kensington, with a musician (living room = studio), paying $750.
A bit of a walk to the B/Q or F/G (10 minutes or so to either) but it gives me options and makes it a commitment to go somewhere I wouldn’t need to go.
Signing the lease in the next day or two. Moving probably next Saturday. Which happens to be what would have been Alex and I’s 2 year anniversary.

Question for you guys.
Our landlady is complaining that we keep the windows open, because wahhh wahhhh she pays for the heat and whatever.
But even with the radiator in our room turned off, if the window is closed, it gets up to 80 degrees or so because of the heat in the rest of the building. And without fresh air, I want to kill myself in here.
Does she have any right to complain about this? I feel like since...

The last time I felt this sick I literally almost died because of a staph infection in my blood that was causing one of my heart valves to act erratically!
