Signed a two year lease in Kensington.
Off the B/Q at Beverly/Cortelyou and walking distance to the F/G at Church.
A two bedroom with a musician friend who is this totally badass chick. Living room will be a studio, etc.
I’m excited to not be living with my ex anymore. Moving next weekend.
